About your Physician

Dr. Andre Small is a Board-Certified Internist and Founder of Care Collective Concierge, a premier medical practice in Las Vegas dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care.

With a unique background in Health Physics and Radiation Science (a branch of nuclear science), Dr. Small brings a distinct perspective to medicine, emphasizing both scientific rigor and compassionate treatment.

Prior to establishing Care Collective Concierge, Dr. Small served as an Internal Medicine Attending Physician here in Las Vegas managing a large patient panel and providing comprehensive outpatient care.

Dr. Small completed his residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey after earning his medical degree from the American University of Antigua.

He is committed to fostering a strong doctor-patient relationship, ensuring each individual receives the highest level of attention and tailored medical solutions.

He believes in empowering his patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.

With over a decade of experience in luxury aesthetics, patient care coordination, and surgical consulting, Maria brings a unique and holistic perspective to concierge medicine. Her journey began in college as a fitness instructor where she discovered a passion for optimizing health through movement, lifestyle, and preventative care. That passion evolved into a reputable career devoted to helping people look and feel their best both inside and out.

Throughout her career, Maria has worked extensively in high-end practices, coordinating care from pre-op consultations to post-operative recovery, and everything in between. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of personalized service, attention to detail, and the importance of trust in the patient-provider relationship.

Today, she translates that same level of attentiveness to needs, discretion, and luxury-level care coordination for our patients. At our Las Vegas-based concierge practice, she acts as a correspondent for all our patients, and ensures that each patient receives an experience that is deeply personal and seamless. Her background in aesthetics and wellness perfectly complements the practice’s mission: to deliver elevated care that feels as good as it is effective.
